Aastha brings more than 16 years of experience in identifying, sourcing and unleashing human capital, specializing in leadership hiring. As Head of Talent at Prime, She will work to identify and attract talent for Prime and the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Prime, She was associated with Longhouse Consulting for more than eight years where she worked closely with the founders to build leadership teams across early-stage startups to unicorns and more.
She is a commerce graduate and holds an MCA degree. Her passion for cooking also led her to start and run a restaurant for 2 years.
