Mashruwala serves on the board of Syntel (SYNT), DeltaID Inc., Healthifyme and Covair. Mashruwala is mentor/advisor to several early startup ventures.
Raj Mashruwala retired from TIBCO Software Inc. as an Executive Vice President in the office of CEO. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer at TIBCO Software Inc. TIBCO Software, based in Palo Alto California, was founded in 1997 and did its initial public offering in July of 1999 (NASDAX: TIBX). For the fiscal year ending October 2014, TIBCO Software had annual revenue of over one billion. Since the founding of TIBCO, Mr. Mashruwala built and led the worldwide sales and marketing operations. As Chief Operating Office, Mr. Mashruwala was also responsible for engineering, professional and support services.
Prior to joining TIBCO, Raj Mashruwala co‐founded YieldUp International, a semiconductor equipment manufacturing company, Media Computer Technology Inc., an ASIC design house and Consilium Inc., a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software provider. Mr. Mashruwala led Consilium’s R &D and professional services operations since company’s inception.
