Jerome brings more than 12+ years of experience in strategy and operations leadership in global entrepreneurship and storytelling. Jerome is a 3x Startup Founding Member, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and an Actor.
He loves startups and has worked with entrepreneurs across several countries, including Canada, Israel, China and India. Before joining us, he was part of Shopee India’s founding team (global e-commerce marketplace), building the Customer Service team from 0 to 10x, servicing ~2.5M customers across Bharat.
Jerome is highly passionate about Community, Storytelling and Education; he has designed and facilitated “Entrepreneurship and innovation programs” for UNICEF and various Indian State Governments, positively impacting 2.5M + Indian students. As an actor and director, Jerome has performed in 50+ live theatre shows, a few advertisements and many more to come!
Jerome holds an MBA from Univ. of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering & Mgmt. from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
